And we saved one of the best for last. Ashley is one bad ass chef! Her pastries have been featured in Dessert Professional Magazine, Charlotte Magazine, QCExclusive, the Charlotte Observer and she was a featured speaker at a recent Society of Newspaper Designers conference speaking about designing with food. Oh and did we mention she has taken her skills and tasty tasty deserts to NYC to the James Beard House? Yea.
