Our next guest is Chef William Dissen. You may know him from such hits as Haymaker CLT! Or The Market Place AVL! Or Billy D’s Friend Chicken at the NC Zoo! Or you may know him from that time he represented the United States at the World Food Summit in Copenhagen.Or from his work as a member of the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Blue Ribbon Task Force. The man gets around.
Come out to our screening of his episode on Feb 17th at Free Range Brewing. Doors open at noon, screening around 1pm. There will be a chance to meet and talk to Chef Dissen AND sample some of his food! There will be a raffle for a $200 gift card to Haymaker CLT and ALL of the tickets sales will be donated to Chef Dissen’s charity of choice, the Piedmont Culinary Guild.
