Last night was cause for celebration forĀ Order/fire’s friend and guest Clark Barlowe as he celebrated the third anniversary of his restaurant, Heirloom. A four course dinner was served to over 50 people who attended the feast. Clark had good friend Chef Kyle McKnight to cook along side. Each dish was paired with a beer from Fullsteam Brewery in Durham, NC. Fullsteam’s Chief Optimist Sean Wilson was in attendance to speak about each beer and why it was chosen to pair with each dish.
The meal was inspired by Betty Feezor’s WBTV Carolina Recipes cookbook.

2d course – NC Clams w/ Fullsteams Humidity
3d course – Kraut Pork Pinwheel w/ Fullsteam’s Pinwheel
4th course – Ann Marie’s Chocolate Cake w/ Fullsteam’s Carpenter Hill
